What services does Infinitude Design offer?

We specialize in luxury floral design, event styling, temporary or permanent installations in spaces such as hotels and restaurants and design execution for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. Our services include floral design, custom installations, ceremony and reception styling, mood board creation, colour palette development, venue styling, and on-site setup and teardown.

Do you only design weddings?

Not at all! While weddings are a large part of what we do, we also design corporate events, galas, product launches, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, baptisms, engagement parties, holiday events, and many other special occasions.

Do you provide wedding planning services?

We are a floral and event design company rather than wedding planners. If you're working with a planner, we're happy to collaborate with them to bring your vision to life. If you don't have a planner, we'll guide you through the entire floral and design process from concept to execution.

What do I need before booking a consultation?

To provide the most accurate recommendations, we ask that you have your event date, venue, estimated guest count, and an approximate floral budget. Inspiration photos are always welcome.

Do you create custom floral designs?

Absolutely! Every proposal is custom-designed based on your vision, venue, colour palette, and budget. We don't offer one-size-fits-all packages as every event is uniquely tailored to you.

Can you work within my budget?

Yes. During your consultation, we'll discuss your investment range and recommend floral and design options that maximize your budget while achieving the overall aesthetic you're looking for.

Do you provide the florals and décor yourselves?

Yes. Our floral designs are created in-house by our experienced design team, and we offer an extensive inventory of décor rentals.

Do you offer delivery, setup, and teardown?

We are full-service. Our team handles the delivery, professional installation, and post-event teardown so you can enjoy your event without worrying about the logistics.

Do you travel for events?

Yes. We proudly serve Toronto, the GTA, and destinations across Ontario. We also travel for destination weddings and events. Travel and accommodation costs may apply depending on the location.

Can you create floral mockups before my wedding?

We offer centrepiece mockups before your wedding so you can see your floral design in person. This allows us to make any adjustments and ensure every detail is exactly how you envisioned it before your big day.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings during peak season. Popular dates can book well over a year in advance.
